Why you should consume this miracle potion this summer, instead of plain curd!

It is more important for us to take care of him/her these days!


All of us have a tendency to gulp down glasses of thick curd and lassi these days in the scorching heat!
But it is useful to stop and listen to your body at times! Sensibility is more important than following the herd without any consciousness...
The curd is known to cause phlegm and in Ayurveda, we refer it to as a food attributed to the quality of 'Kapha'. However, tweaking it to add some condiments like pepper, cumin, coriander and curry leaves helps to change its heat-causing qualities. Moreover, the addition of water to it, amplifies its medicinal properties, helping to cool the system!
